18:30-19:30 uur Hot Yin-Yang. You will practise bringing balance into your mind and body through a slow but energising flow, grounding yin poses and an longer savasana where you will bathe in sound energy from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.
20:00-21:00 Real Hot Flow. Kari will close the flow with some delicious stretches and make the way to a long savasana and sound bath to bring you deeper into your relaxation.
